Will the transactions be discreet?

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The amount of time it takes to process and deliver an order will vary from Muse to Muse but we will generally expect all orders to be shipped within 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package. If there are extraneous circumstances that will affect the shipping time of an order then we will do our best to notify you. If over 5 business days has passed since you have placed your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.

How much do you charge for shipping & handling?
Our policy is that we do not directly apply any shipping and handling fees. All of the costs are included in the price of the item. We feel that this makes purchasing easier for both site users and our Muses.
Which countries do you currently ship to?
At this moment we only service customers from the United States of America and Canada. If you are not from a region that we are servicing but would very much like to purchase from our Muses, please email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we might be able to make an arrangement for you.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
Absolutely! We fully support our troops on base or in deployment. Please select the correct Armed Forces section in the state drop down selection and input the proper post office (APO/FPO/DPO) in the city entry. Please include your military rank in the Order Comments section of the checkout process. Please Note: used panties may be considered a restricted item by the Military Post Office and we cannot guarantee that you will receive your item. However, if you are willing to accept the risks then we will attempt to deliver your order to you.
What is your refund policy?
Our general website policy is that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will not offer a refund for your purchase unless a customer is able to provide us with a valid reason for the refund. That being said, we will do everything in our power to ensure the best experience for our customers.
